Del Rey Quality Hotel - Foz do Iguacu

Lovely bed, particularly good bathroom and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a safe in the room. Marvellous setting in the lovely area, near to other restaurants nearby, which are 3rd of the price, the airport and the Brazilian side of the falls and the Argentinian National Park.

The daily service was good!

Pleasant small hotel with great value, we had a such great stay.

The food in the restaurant on Sunday night was terrible. My husband and I both had a pizza -he bases were uncooked and covered with way too much cheese. Both felt Sick the next day.

The location of the hotel was great for Iguazu falls & the airport. The rooms were quite basic but clean & comfortable so perfect for a short stay. The guy at reception when we arrived was very pleasant & helpful & recommended a great restaurant for dinner.

Unfortunately the man at reception in the morning didn't speak as good English as the previous man & didn't advise us we had booked our taxi 1 hr too early. We had thought it was 730am but it was actually 630 as the clocks hadn't gone forward but he didn't tell us so we got to the airport too early.

Hotel del Rey is the perfect place to base yourself for a trip to Iguacu Falls. The local bus station is a block away for trips to Argentina and Itaipu Dam/Paraguay. The staff are excellent, and the rooms spotless and cool. Breakfast was more than anyone could ask for, especially a vast range of pastries to start the day. The rooftop pool is the best asset, with friendly bar staff and a decent view over the town, get there early as it is popular. Thanks especially to Luis and the others at reception and the availabilty of late checkout. Fernando? at the in-house travel agency was also terrific booking us tickets for Itaipu and transporting us to the airport. It is located a bit far from the main shops, but there is a brilliant churrascuria on the corner for dinner. Worth staying for a few days definitely.

The street is a bit quiet and dark at night which may not suit some, but the town seemed completely safe and calm during the evenings.

I loved the quick stroll to the beautiful Parque das Aves and also appreciated how close the hotel was to great dining spots like Bufalo Branco BBQ, making it easy to enjoy delicious meals after my city walks.

It is very confortable , it has good location , de people that work there are very Kind. The swiming pool u very very nice.

I think that the hotel should have wi-fii without cost en al de Hotel , and that works well. I payed for the wi-fii and y coud¨t use it , because it worked bad.

The breakfast spread impressed me, and the rooftop pool offered fine views. My only concern was the slow air conditioning in our room. A good experience!

Had a blast with friends! We spent time enjoying the panoramic heated pool and the games room. Exploring nearby sights like the Cathedral of St John the Baptist was fantastic. The super nice team and the breakfast spread was excellent. The hotel is a great spot for anyone looking to relax after a day of adventures.

We did have a hiccup at check-in when we were charged incorrectly, but they sorted it out quickly after I asked.

Hotel is being rebuilt right now. It has not caused us any inconvenience apart form having a building site view from our, anyway, very small window.Our family room was quite basic. There is a swimming pool at the top floor, but it is very small and has a loud music playing. Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly. They offer tourist trips to the Falls and the water power station, but it is open only during the office hours. We arrived late so we used an agency at the next door hostel. The power station can be visited individually, anyway.

Family room is quite small, it was more like a dormitory. We did not have much space to store our luggage. Hotel is in the centre of the Iguassu but far from the falls itself. For the falls it is better to stay near the airport.

Perfect location just by the bus station and main street. Restaurants and bars near by.

The heated rooftop pool was amazing! After a long day of exploring, it was the perfect way to relax. The room, however, could have been a bit bigger.
